What are the strength and weaknesses of netball?

There are many positives to Netball some of which are:

1/ It allows you to become a member of a team. A netball team has to be able to work extremely well together in order to achieve more goals.

2/It helps you to develop a large amount of skills which can be used across a wide range of sports.

3/It allows you to enhance your fitness. As netball is a fast-paced, energetic game it allows you to increase your cardiovascular endurance which helps you throughout many aspects of life

4/In my opinion it allows you to become a more positive person as it allows you to feel a sense of achievement when you assist in helping your team win

Strengths... Footwork, Passing (Chess pass, bounce pass, overhead pass), pivoting, reactiob time.

Wekanesses... Confidence, the way you react to certain things.
