Well that entirely depends on the individual case, since different throwers have different sets of problems. A common error is in the release. The disc should be high and spin quickly on the release. I've seen so many throwers have great form but a good throw doesn't count because it was released wrong and flipped instead of a nice spin. Another one is not driving off the foot at the back of the circle. Some people literally just spin like a ballerina and throw it, when the motion is really more of a drive step and turn. There is a drill called the South African where you start outside the ring and push through to the center. That drill helps a lot. Other than that, most errors are just thinking too much and trying to muscle it. Always remember to keep the disc as far back as possible too, because this adds torque and just a little more torque can add many feet to a throw.
