The dimensions of an Olympic diving pool are usually 60 feet in length and 75 feet, 11 inches in width. It should be equipped with two 1-meter springboards, two 3-m springboards and a diving platform with three levels: 5m, 7.5m and 10m.
5 meters at sheffield and coventry Last pool I dived into from a ten meter Olympic board was 16 feet deep. According to FINA (the international swimming regulatory body), the minimum depth for pool which allows 10m platform diving is 5m. Refer to the link below for the minimum dimensions (including depths) of pools which may be used for the various Olympic diving events.
I hope this will help. The pool in Federal Way that was first used in the 1990 Goodwill games has a diving well 75' x 58' and a depth of 17'.
