forehand: stand side on, bend legs, drive up and through ball making a clean, effortless contact, breath out as you hit and follow through with racket above shoulder.
backhand: side on (right-handed) right shoulder face ball, bend knees,rotate upperbody, bring racket under ball and hit up under neath- think knees to the trees so you hit from low to high. follow through and breath out as you hit, stay relaxed
