I guess i consider myself very active...benefits of sports are you get plenty of exercise and stay in shape, but when you get older and stop playing you're probably going to gain alot of weight if you don't do some kind of exercise concidering your body is so used to being active....another benefit of playing sports you could get a good scolarship to a college if you're good:)
