Catcher's do a lot of deep squatting and need to be quick on their feet. Make sure to focus on leg strength, core, back and lower back exercises.

When strength foundation has been established make sure to focus on explosive power.


Make sure to have flexibility exercises and proper warm-up to avoid any injury
