There are many good fitness sports available in every community. Many children enjoy playing in team sports such as soccer, Basketball, Baseball or softball. These types of sports can be played at any age or fitness level. Other children may prefer playing certain sports alone or in small groups or classes. Figure skating, gymnastics, swimming/diving, or Track and Field would be great activities for children that like to do things by themselves.
Throughout a person's lifetime, their physical abilities and interests will often change. Walking, jogging, and running are activities that most people can do at any age. Yoga, low-impact Martial Arts, and strength training are excellent alternatives for older people who can no longer keep up with the demands of high-intensity athletic sports.

The recommended daily amount of physical activity is 60 minutes of moderate level activity. Walking 60 minutes is equivalent to approximately 10,000 steps or 5 miles distance.
Eating could be considered to be a detrimental activity, in some cases.
Sport is competitive, recreation is fun and enjoyment based. Sports tend to have set rules. Practice is undertaken to improve and get better in sport. Physical recreation can be laid back and based on a more social time. Or could be hobies.

A lifetime sport is any sport you do over the course of your life. Such things would be golf or swimming. You can start those at an early age and play or compete all through out your lifetime.
An epileptic seizure is usually caused by some electrical activity in the brain. We all have electrical activity in the brain. If there is an excessive amount, this can cause an epileptic seizure. This can cause the person not to feel well, possibly lose conciousness, and have unusual physical activity because their brain is not working properly. Some physical activity could be very minor, like small movements or could be much larger like physical jolting of parts of the body. A seizure will usually not last very long and the person will soon return to normal.
