It depends what you are cheering for. If it is for a team you can say:

Let's Go Bears Let's Go!

If it a football cheer you can do:

Defense Attack

Sack that Quarterback

Steal it swipe it

you know that's how we like it

Come on Defense you can do it

Defense get that ball

Defense with that

Block that kick

Defense block that kick

Touch Down TD

We want 6 definitely

Come on Offense we can do it

Offense run that ball

Offense with that

All the way down the Field Vikings

All the way down the Field

Crowd involvement:

(clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)

(Stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp)

(clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)

Can't be beat

(stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp)

naaaa-nanana-naaaa-nanana-naaaa na na nananana

Or colors:

what about? What about? What about our colors shout em'

Green Green

Gold Gold

A white white white white

The first step to do is find out the school or rec team you are cheering for. Ask what are the colors? What is the mascot? And if you don't know the name ask it. Then add them to these basic cheers or search on-line to find more basic cheers the internet it full of them. Good luck :)

If they are for football here are 2: Touchdown Touchdown we want a touchdown, say it loud say it proud come on crowd yell Touchdown!!

Another for football is: Throw the ball, kick the ball, or hit em, we don't care just get em by surprise, and win this game tonight.

Basketball: Dribble, dribble now shoot shoot, shoot that ball into the hoop.

Another for basket ball: Dribble it, pass it, shoot it in the basket! (Repeat 3 times)

One for both sports is: Split that V, dot the I and curl that C-T-O-R-Y, victory (stomp, stomp) Victory!

These are just a couple cheers that we do at games, but NEVER at competition, the ones for competitions need to be more complex, especially if you are in JV or Varsity. I am in JV.

This is one of my videos from when i was a cheerleader for JV. I am the girl with the long blonde hair in the front at the beginning. (The one that at the end does the falling forward and backwards in the mount and is in the middle at the very last mount) That is at a game, but we were practicing for competition, my sister is filming. Hope i helped.
