There haven't been many, but there have been a few....Bill Shockley kicked briefly for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1960's and there was also Gene Mingo who kicked for the Broncos and Raiders. Most recently, Donald Igwebuike handled the kicking duties for the 1990 Vikings.
Another was Horace Gillom, a great punter in the AAFC and the NFL, who punted for the championship Cleveland Browns teams from 1946-1956. He was from Massillon, Ohio and the University of Nevada. He led the NFL in punting in 1951 and was considered the best in football.
