Tiger Woods' career started way after it became illegal to segregate anything in the United States. That would be a major law suit because that would be considered racial discrimination.

Augusta National is only open for about 3 months a year for it's members, and this is just after the masters. The course is obviously open for the Masters tournament in early to mid April. It is also open for a few weeks before that so the players can come and get a bit of practice in before they start playing the tournament.
