If he holds you tight then he likes you. That is not the same as him willing to commit himself to you.
1290 by Kellen Winslow of the 1980 San Diego Chargers.
Rob Gronkowski broke the record for most touchdowns in a single season by a tight end in the history of the nfl he is also one of seven tight ends in nfl history to have more the 1200 yard one season
Off the top of my head, three games come to mind. Zach Miller caught 8 passes for 142 yards at Atlanta in January, 2013. That's got to be in the top 5. Dan Ross set a record for receptions in a Super Bowl in about 1981 (for the Bengals); I would guess he'd have something like 100-130 yards in that game (against San Francisco in Detroit). And Kellen Winslow (the older one) had the huge game at Miami, where he had to be carried off exhausted at the end. It was a wild shootout, and my guess is Winslow probably finished a little ahead of Zach Miller.
The single-game record for touchdown receptions is 5, held by Jerry Rice who did it three separate times.
