As a Netball player this question will be very exciting to answer.
Obstruction-When you put your arms up or sideways or when you jump to defend you are closer than 90cm to the opposition. You will have to stand down.
Contact-When you snatch the ball out of another players hand, bump them, push them or hit them etc. You will have to stand down.
Held-When you have the ball in your hand for longer than 3 seconds
Replay-When you bounce the ball mor Ethan to times-when you've snapped it up from the opposition's bounce pass
Step-When you step with the ball
1. No stepping whilst you are in possesion of the ball. ---- 2. You must be 3 feet away to put you arms up in defence. ---- 3. The ball must be touched AT LEAST ONCE in order for it to go into the next third. ---- 4. You must have at least 6 players on a netball team during a game ---- 5. You are not allowed to contact any other player on the court. ----

a size 4 ball is used for high 5 netball (which is what younger players play) and a size 5 ball is what is used in 7s netball which is what adults play x

Its different because indoor netball is more cooler but outdoor is still a bit the same its just to get air for the players .And when its cold the players need to get more hard rock so to be more numb and get harder to play.
