Tennis court lines are referred to as the "baseline", "service line", "singles line", "doubles line", and "center line". There is also a small "center mark" protruding from the court in the middle of each baseline.

∙ 13y agoThe boundries of tennis are, in singles play, the inner court line. In doubles play, the boundries are the outer line. The line that someone serves behind is the base line.

No. The interior lines (half-lines) on tennis courts determine the service court, into which the serve must be made. An ACE is any legal serve that is not successfully returned by the opponent, winning the point for the server.

It's judged by the fact the ball is either in or outside of the lines (court). if it's on the line it counts as in.
Look at the middle of the tennis court, then start moving your eyes either left or right. The singles line is the first line you see that stretches all the way from the net to the base line on your side.
