The Yankees dugout sits along the right field line, below Field Boxes 33 - 51. The Visitors dugout sits along the left field line, below Field Boxes 34 - 52.
Because the first base side is usually the home team side. Since the Yanks are always the home team at Yankee stadium, that's where they put the dug out. :-)
The Yankees, at home, always use the dugout on the first base side.

A friend of mine is always meeting Yankees because she lives near Yankee Stadium. Move to a house that is near your local MLB ballpark. You could also buy season tickets near the dugout. If these options don't fit your budget, you can always streak during MLB games. This works better if you're a female.
