Such odds are impossible to calculate. There are to many variables and unknowns.
In any case the odds are against you.
In many cases probabilities can be calculated when enough information is available. In such cases they are not.
Some things to consider are;
How good are you?
Are you going to be seen by a scout when playing well?
Are you consistent?
Some players are very good but have not had that stroke of luck we all need to achieve professional status.

While we cannot calculate what it takes for a specific player to make it to the NBA, we can calculate the probability of someone becoming a NBA player. The probability is calculated by the number of specified players in the NBA (30 teams X 12 man roster = 360 available positions- of which some 35% (126)are non replaceable in any season- divide the number who may be replaced (234) by the number of players qualified candidates being considered. If we identify the richest pool of qualified players i.e. from the 300 NCAA Division I Schools, a few from Division II and III, European players in the FIBA league, and US based High School Players in waiting. We'll have a probability of someone making it to the NBA. I calculate this number at around 234/1882=1.2% probability of someone making it to the NBA when chosen from the reference pool.
