∙ 15y agoYour breast is having an engorgement and your breastfeeding technique is not properly done that is why you have a sore nipple. You can express milk using the breast pump and placed it in a sterilized feeding bottle and give it to your baby.Just to let some time to let your sore nipple heal.

How to heal cracked nipple due to breast feed?
