As of the 2008 season, no player has hit 60+ home runs with three different clubs. For that matter, no player has hit 60+ home runs for two different clubs: Only two players, Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa, have had multiple 60+ home run seasons. Both of McGwire's were with the Cardinals (1998, 1999) and all three of Sosa's were with the Cubs (1998, 1999, 2001).
Paul Bracewell played in four for Everton (1985, 1986 and 1989) and Sunderland (1992) without winning. John Barnes is the only player to lose three finals with different teams (Watford 1984, Liverpool 1988, Newcastle 1998).

The clubs who have won the Premier League are Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City. I don't believe that any player has won three Premiership titles with three of these clubs.
Nobody has won it. But the Dutch footballer Clarence Seedorf has won three with three clubs. Ajax, Real Madrid and with A.c. Milan.

I know John Barnes is a three-time loser in cup finals with different clubs (Watford in 1984, Liverpool in 1988 and Newcastle in 1998).
