You can enter the NFL Draft with three years of college education. Many football players will redshirt as a freshman which is the NCAA legal way of giving a student five eligible years of football at college. You may see people enter the draft as a sophomore, however the redshirted so it is actually their 3rd year in college.
One. Student athletes are given five years to use four years of eligibility to play sports. It does not start over when a student switches sports. Of course there is an exception to this rule (as there seems to be with most rules) and that is if the student was medically red-shirted.

The term "Group of Five" refers to a subset of college football conferences that are not part of the Power Five conferences. These conferences include the American Athletic Conference, Conference USA, Mid-American Conference, Mountain West Conference, and Sun Belt Conference. The significance of the term lies in the distinction between these conferences and the Power Five, as the Group of Five teams typically have less resources and visibility but still compete at a high level in college football.
"FLORIDA GATORS WITH 30 WINS"What about Ohio State's 50 win over the past 5 years? And that is including a dismal 6-7 year last year. Even if you vacate the 12 wins in 2010 the Buckeyes have 34.
