No, possession of alcohol when on the way to an NFL game is protected by the constitution. It's the 28th amendment. It doesn't matter if you mowed down 10 people walking on the sidewalk if you were going to an NFL game in regular season. Playoffs have different rules though. If you go to a playoff game, and you have alcohol on or in you, you have to have body and face paint, or a full costume related to one of the teams.
