Men can wear flip flops and not be gay. There are many guys at my school who do and aren't gay. If you wear the tiny thong ones then you are a bit fruity, but the bigger thong ones don't and if there cheap then you look gay.

i am a straight guy answering this question i don't wear them all the time but i like wearing them but it is kinda fruity wearing the ones from old navy that have the skinny strap mine which i have two of are the big strap i like them i even wear them with my suit! there comfortable so i like them but you can't just wear them whenever you can't walk in a place with jacked up feet though.
