Madden is the video game for the NFL and NCAA is college football. they're called Madden NFL (Year) and NCAA Football (Year)
One key rule difference between the NFL and NCAA football is the parameters for a catch inbounds. An NFL receiver must have possession with both feet inbounds, whereas the NCAA receiver needs only one.
There is a difference. NFL footballs are larger, longer and heavier. NCAA footballs are smaller, shorters and lighter.
Yes, an NCAA football is smaller than the NFL ball. This size difference makes transistion to the NFL hard for QBs and Kickers.
Well, first of all, and NCAA football has stripes on it. Second of all, an NFL football is bigger than an NCAA one.
nfl beacuse it cool
All footballs that are high school, college, and NFL level are the same. There is no physical difference besides the look of the ball.
I think that the NFL footballs are bigger in width and NCAA in length
College football is played by college students. NFL football is played by professionals.
Actually, there is little difference between the regulation footballs for the NFL and NCAA. Both are the same length and width dimensions 27.75 to 28.5 in long circumference and 20.75 to 21.25 in short circumference. Both are also inflated to the same weight of 12.5 to 13.5 PSI. The lacing is also identical at 8 laces about one inch wide and 3 to 3.75 inches from the end of the ball. The only ascertainable difference between the two balls are that the NCAA reg. ball has a half white stripe around both ends of the ball where as the NFL reg. ball does not. The NCAA ball also can, and in many occasions will, have the home or away teams university logo branded on the ball. The NFL "Duke" official ball can sometimes also have black laces as appose to the NCAA white laces. The only other difference is one ball is thrown and caught on Sunday instead of Saturday.
Yes the NFL ball is larger
Emmitt Smith played football at the NCAA level between 1987 and 1989 and at the NFL level between 1990 and 2004.
No significant difference in size between the two.
no, it is larger
You can download the full length NCAA and NFL football games online at your cable site. You can also have it pre-ordered so that it can be recorded.
No but there were girls in the NCAA
If you are talking about the ball, the answer is NO, the official NFL ball is more narrow than the ball used in the NCAA. If you are taking about popularity, then NFL is more widely followed because it is advertised much more. However, there are many more NCAA football teams than there are in the NFL because the skill level in college is much lower, allowing for more participants.
Madden 2009 is better.
The NFL does have conferences -- two of them. The American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFL). The two conference winners play each other in the Super Bowl.
Comparison of NCAA and NFL footballThe NCAA footall has white half stripes and some have team logls. The NFL football does not have strpes and has the commissioner's signature. They are both the same size and weight. The football is an oblong sphere and is 11 to 11.5 inches (28 to 29 centimeters) long. It has a lengthwise circumference of about 28.5 inches (72.4 centimeters) and a widthwise circumference of about 21.5 inches (54.6 centimeters) in the middle of the ball.
it depends are you thinking NFL or NCAA
From the NFL, the Cincinnati Bengals and from NCAA Football, the LSU Tigers.
Probably so. The Official NFL football is about $90.00 without autographs compared to a replica which isn't quite so expensive.
