Since you are standing on concrete and no running is involved, I would highly recommend NOT doing it. It ruins your spikes and your technique, not to mention the sound the spikes make.
There are throwing shoes designed specifically for different techniques, they usually have thick rubber and curved sides on the bottom for smoother throwing.
I would recommend is if you run sprints. Such as the 400 or lower. After that they are not much help.
As you are running on tracks with spikes, you have a better grip and so run faster.
no
but i use them it helps me because i can grip the mat better with my spikes
A track snd some spikes.
Yes, you will need different track shoes and cleats/spikes for different events. The number of spikes, the pattern of spikes and the length of the spikes differs for sprinters, long distance runners and jumpers. If spikes are not used for running the shoes are still different. And throwing shoes do not have spikes and have a smooth sole.
To install a track spike, first take the threaded part of the spike and insert it into one of the holes at the bottom of your track cleat. Turn the spike clockwise to tighten it until you can no longer turn it. To fully tighten the spike, you will need a spike wrench which you should turn clockwise until the spike fully tightens. You will repeat the same process for all of your track spikes.
they need to to run from predators and get their prey
they jump so hog high because they need to be able to catch their prey
To improve your high jump you need to do things like jumping up in the air from a standstill and also practise short sprints another good thing for high jump is to actually do long jump as well.
No, it just takes practice.

When you see the 1st platform with spikes and a bounce pad, jump on it and lean LEFT not right. If you lean and jump left, you will surely miss it. So jump to the left, and keep going. Eventually you will find it.
you need to jump very high to get up the ship.
You need to wait for the maintanance to be ready, Then you can race in the track with any car :)
You will need to charge the shield up before the spikes become visible.
