I think SQAUTS give a Better Grip of Your Thigh Muscle and Makes U feel More Better.
Jogging gives u a better Overall Muscle Movement rather than particular Focus on Thigh Muscle .
Yes you can !
Walking at a normal pace doesn't focus primarily on your thighs. The best way to tone your thighs... Lunges and Squats. Jogging or walking will improve the overall tone and shape of your legs but won't help to shed weight or improve muscle to the extent that other sports will. The ultimate body shaping sport(for women) is Aerobics, so try a Step Class or a TTT (Tummy Tail and Thighs) class. Hope this helps.
Walking and biking both build muscle tone, especially in the lower body. Pumping arms while walking briskly will help increase muscle tone in upper body.
Diet and exercise, along wtih stretching and exercsie to tone the muscles in your thighs.
Any type of squats are good for your thighs and butt!!
Well depends how bad they are but running quite a bit and doing squats will do it it will tone up the muscle and just eat right and they should disapear right away!
What you asking is if you can spot reduce fat, which you technically can't. You basically have to loose fat over your entire body, which includes thighs and calves, through diet and exercise (Cardio workouts, biking, running, swimming). However you can exercise thighs and calves so they are more toned which which tighten up flabby loose muscle underneath the fat layer. Exercises to tone thights: lunges, squats, donkey kicks, ect. Exercises to tone calves: running and jump rope or anything else that you do on the balls of your feet.
Stair steppers would help you tone up your thighs. Also leg presses would be beneficial. When you are at home and don't have machines to use, squats and wall sits can help out.
You may very well be able to tone your abdominal muscles and thighs. Consult a manual or read up on tips on how to effectively use an exercise ball for these conditions.
I wouldn't jump on a tramp, they might rape you.
To lose inches from buns and thighs, tone up these areas with exercises designed for the buns and thighs. Cut down on the number of calories that you consume, and get more exercise.
Yes, you would just have to work more for it. Tone your legs with running, stair stepping, or even walking. Actually, a person's legs are easier to tone and thin because a person does the most exercise with their legs (walking, even standing).
