Why are roads bad for the earth?

Nowadays, roads are mainly made of concrete. So... 1. When it rains, water seeps into the soil [normally, with mud roads] But since concrete does not allow water to seep in, the groundwater level is also affected, since we only take the water from underground, never recharge it. 2. Roots of plants need air. So if roads are built nearby the tree will die. 3. Microorganisms under the soil are also affected.

Why roads and tires always in black color?

Tires are made with rubber. Asphalt roads are made with petroleum products. Both are naturally black in color. Of course, concrete roads are normally beige, the natural color of concrete. And I've seen local roads paved with a concrete/stone mix made using red shale, and they have a strong pinkish hue!
