hell no :|
No. The recreational depth limit for safe diving is 130ft, though it is possible to to dive deeper, but not into the thousands of feet.
yes. when you take the required training to dive you will learn everything you need to know to be safe as you dive. as always theres always risks to things. same as taking a risk when you drive a car or ride in a airplane.
it depends on the part of Belize you are
NOT SAFE!! http://scuba-doc.com/prgdiv.htm
No, Belize is a very safe travel destination.
Think about it. If it can't get out, nothing can get in. I have never had a problem with "stale" air in a scuba tank. An air fill is relatively cheap so if in doubt, dump it out and refill. You want to be as comfortable as you can on your dive, no sense in worrying about your air quality.
France I had my first dive there and they just let me straight in to open water diving up to 10 m and it was only 40 euros
Yes to ensure that as you dive you know the precautions -- you are safe from any danger.
There are a lot of places in order for one to find out if it is safe to travel to Belize. However, it is strongly suggested that one should check out the information about accidents, crime on the main website of Belize.
As far as I know, there is no problem with going scuba diving straight after flying. This is because when you descnd in a plane and then in the water, you are "on-gassing" and your body is absorbing nitrogen. This is not unsafe. The problem comes with flying after diving. This is where you are "off-gassing" and letting the nitrogen leave your body. You need to allow sufficient time for the nitrogen to completely disperse before flying so as to not give the risk of decompression illness. With relation to the time in this instance, it depends on the dive you are doing. I would recommend using a dive computer if you are doing deep and/or multiple dives. However, I would recommend a "safe" limit of at least 24 hours. Each dive training body will have their own advice on a "safe" time limit.Hope this helps. If not, drop me a message!24 Hours after last dive.
