It is legal as long as you only shoot your property.
It depends on your area. Urban, no, you will most likely be stopped. Rural, I'm sure they would be a bit more relaxed on it, if you were not shooting at houses, and were a safe distance away.
sorry buddy but its illegal
Contact your local police for current and correct information.
if you live in a close house neighborhood then no, but if your house backs up to woods then yes
Depends on where the backyard is located.
It all depends on your area. If you live back in a heavily wooded area not near the public then it is perfectly fine. However in urban area it is illegal.
Well, yes, I can- but MY backyard is 30 acres of pasture, and 100 acres of woods. There is no way that we can tell you whether YOU can shoot safely and legally in YOUR backyard.
it is not illegal as long as you don't paint over the orange tip. federal law requires that it be there so the cops don't shoot you thinking you have a real gun.
I don't know were u live in mo. but I live in southern missouri in the ozarks and I know from personal experience that within city limits it is illegal to shoot a paintball gun without a proper license but outside city limits it is not illegal to walk outside ur porch and shoot ur paintball gun. ~colt~
Yes. As long as it is on your property and not shooting at anyone else's property.
this is just a guess but i would think its because anyone could shoot it if it was in your backyard and it would cause lots of problems. hope that helps
Only if it is legal. :)
