If your not putting all of your effort into it, it can be quite difficult. After you've got the hang of it though, it's incredibly easy.

It is also a lot easier to do a back handspring after a round off. Standing back handsprings require a lot of leg power.

well it depends on if you know how to do it it is still hard but a little bit easyer. If you know how to do each one sperate then you could do it but you need practis to get it right.

Trampoline because it gives you more spring and more power than doing it on the ground

Yes. Some people only have their round of back-handspring and can't do a standing back-handspring. It doesn't really matter the order you do things in gymnastics.
