No, lumps in the breast are not always cancerous. Some women apparently do have lumpy breasts, however, it's best to have it checked as soon as possible.

Over 90 percent of lumps are found to be benign, but don't let that deter you from seeking a medical opinion as there is still that chance that it is one of the malignant ones and a simple check could make difference between life and death.
