i have been dancing for 13 years and it is definitely NOT the easiest sport! i play Field Hockey and run track, and i do not find those sports as difficult as dance. Dance takes years of training to build up technique, especially Ballet - the core of all types of dance. for ballerinas, going on pointe (trust me, i know from years of experience) is incredibly difficult. but on the other hand, that's what i like about dance - it challenges you yet looks so graceful and elegant. so basically, i would say dance is one of the hardest sports rather than the easiest sport

∙ 14y agodanceing is not a sport most gril think its a sport. well i do not do dance but my sister does it is just not as tough as football,Baseball,and Basketball not hard not that much brains in dance. football you have to have all hart.baseball is all brains.basketball is all about makeing the right choce and cherleading is the same thing not as thoug not that much branis all gril thing its hard because you lifth them up. but they do not know that theres 4 diffrent grils helping them and that why they are not sports.

I wouldn't say that, yes ballet did used to be the main dance (most popular) but now hip hop is becoming very popular! Ballet proberally is the main one yes.
