There isn't a set fine. The Commissioner's Office sets the penalty for an ejected manager, including a fine. Usually managers who are ejected do have to pay a fine in some amount, but occasionally that isn't the case.
Usually, but not all of the time.

Yes when he played for the Texas Rangers
No
In "MLB 10 The Show," yes you can get ejected from the game however the ejection can be the result of a player arguing a call with 1 of the umpires or it can even be the result of an umpire throwing a pitcher out of the game because he was throwing at too many hitters.
He is ejected and may be fined or suspended, but the game he is ejected from he can not return to that game
Not usually, and if they do its not a big deal because all fines are tax write offs.
The rules with Managers being ejected from the game is that they cannot remain in the dugout so they have to go into the clubhouse after the point of their ejection. However they are allowed to watch the game from stadium seats but they have to be in civilian clothes and cannot be close to their team's dugout.

Ya...they get fined something like $100 for keeping a game ball
yes
It depends on which sport you refer to, but being ejected (whether by instruction of the umpire/referee or red carded as a personal penalty) usually means an automatic suspension for one or two games and a judiciary hearing.
god knows what ask him
Yes. Being ejected from the game means you must leave the floor area and not participate in the game as it is being played. There is no rule stating that a disqualified coach cannot address his team at halftime. Chances are the Stanford coach (2008 NCAA March Madness) was watching the game on TV in the locker room and knew what was going on in the game and had his halftime instructions prepared when the team entered the locker room.
