It will be a good trail bike if it's the low seat height your after.
Since this is tuned to be ridden on MX tracks the engine may bog down and quit if you just putt around the trails. That would be bad news if you're climbing hills on a slow pace.
The engine works best at the mid to top RPM. If you need run slow but need some grunt uphill, you will need to feather the clutch. That would be TMW (too much work).
Yep A crf 150 is a great bike for a 14 year old i have one myself. Low maintenance and cheap to run and still has alot of power. Highly recommended
yes
230,250,or if you can handle it a 450.It depends on his/her height but I would recommend a CRF150R (that's if he/she is a good rider), CRF150F (Beginners) and a YZ 125 (intermediate).
a crf 80 is a good bike for a 8-12 year old that's just starting out (its what i started out on) now i have an 85sx and its a race bike not a good bike to start out on. But it is really fast.btw a crf80 is more built for a trail and is made my Honda........ while as a 85 sx is built for the track NOT TO START OUT ON. to much power for a beginer.
