No. Morneau (1B) and Mauer (C) are both considered elites at their positions. Fielder is also elite at (1B) but is also more of an all or nothing hitter. As in, he swings for home runs on every at-bat. Morneau and Mauer both provide homeruns and average, so it is a bad deal for whoever is losing Morneau and Mauer.
