No, it clearly states if you actually READ the letter that if you send in the rebate you are accepting the life membership offer. People just see the rebate and send it in without reading the letter and think they are scammed.
It costs 345 dollars and truthfully it is worth it. Do not send in the rebate unless you are willing to pay the life membership fee.
