From what I can gather, there is a 85% chance that Kobe is indeed traded to the Bulls. In order for this to happen however, a third team must get involved which at this point seems to be the Washington Wizards. The proposed trade breaks down like this:

Lakers Get: Bulls #9 Pick, Gilbert Arenas from Wizards
Bulls Get: Koybe Bryant
Wizards Get: Ben Gordon, Tyrus Thomas, & PJ Brown, (sign&trad).

The wizards may also get nocioni or a combination of role players.

The bulls starting line up could look like this:

Ben Wallace
Kobe Bryant
Luol Deng
Kirk Hinrich
Nocioni ???

A few things that could hamper this trade would include a change of heart by Kobe...he has been known to do this. Also Mr. Buss is still trying to work on a deal to bring someone like a Garnett or a Jermaine O'neal in but it just doesn't look good because they have no one to offer and the salaries do not match up. At this point considering the YouTube video of Kobe bad mouthing Bynum and Mgt, it looks like his time in L.A. is up and the Bulls are the only team in position to make a move. John Paxson may decide in the end that it isn't worth breaking up a nucleus of young players for a self-centered and selfish loud mouth like Kobe. If Luol Deng HAS to be included, I do NOT think that Pax pulls the trigger.

The Lakers will almost never trade Kobe.

With Kobe's injuries occurring more often then not, it is likely that will hurt him when the lakers decide to give him his extension this season. But no, they will never trade the best player in the NBA.

Kobe Bryant will most likely retire as a Laker. He has a clause in his contract that prevents him from being traded.

However, anything can happen.

== == Possibly. He already signed a contract though the 2010-11 Season. However, if Kobe demands a trade for any reason, than Kobe will not be with the Lakers.
