No, Major League Baseball does not have limits for runs in any of its games including Spring Training, Regular Season and the Playoffs except for the World Baseball Classic which is if the winning team is winning by 10 after 7 innings or if they're winning by 15 after 5 innings then the losing team is awarded an automatic forfeit.
