"Yeah that is a really good time for a 5 year old"
he is wrong im 13 and i hade a time of 2:26. best at 800m on my team. just work hard and you can get down to 2:30 no problem. just ignore the pain when you run its harde and you my want to throw up but keep going.
Not really you have a bit of work to do if you want to get into the states. A good time would be 2:55 or less ( you're close!) but even that won't get you to the states. To get into the states you would have to run at least 2:40 minutes
Yes, that is a good time. My dad owned his school record in 8th grade at 2:18.
It is 3mins 34 secs long
25 secs is a good time a very good one at that actually.
For someone with good form and someone who is in good shape the race should add somewhere in the relm of 5 secs
The WR for men is established at 43,18 secs. so it's not bad. Keep trying!
you have to train harder
Between 3-5 secs depending on your speed
No a 12 year old normally should get 10 secs flat
12 secs is amazing 13 secs is amazing 14 secs is amazing 15 secs is really good 16 secs really good 17 secs good 18 is fine 19 isn't so good 20 isn't so good 21 or more is kinda bad. Ive just turned 11 and got 14.7 on my first try ever running 100m. If you got 16 you would be a really good runner but you wouldn't become a pro. That's for boys for girls i don't know.
1 609.344 meters = 1 mile3600 secs = hour
The lowest is 57.50 secs and the highest is 58.49 secs.
1500 secs is 25 secs......you can get minutes by dividing the secs by 60
Well I do not know the us average. But an average score would be 7 secs pretty much everything under 8 secs is good
