Depends what sort of experience and training you have had and for how long

If you've kept up your training you should be down in 10 or 11 sec's

But if your new to the sport 13 -14 would be ok

In my company we have just had 100m competition today. The average time for 30 years olds was around 14 seconds. For fourtyyears old was around 16 seconds. For over 60 was around 18-19 seconds. Consider the fact that the people that took a part are very often not training, smoking and sometimes overweight. I hope that that gives you idea about the time that could be considered as good.

I could easily say that BMI and smoking have made a significant difference - skinny and non smoking guys even in their late thirties could run 100m in around 13 seconds. According to some studies around the age of 60 starts the break through where the times for 100m are getting worse.
