Why you only use 5th or 3rd group element for doping?

I presume that we are here talking about a silicon semiconductor. The point of using a group 3 or a group 5 element is to use something that does not interfere too much with the crystal structure of silicon, but that has an extra electron for n-type doping, or absence of an electron for p-type doping. Thus for p-type doping we would use aluminium or gallium or scandium, because each of these has only 3 valence electrons instead of 4, while for n-type doping we would use phosphorus or arsenic or antimony, because these are elements with 5 valence electrons.

What is Blood doping effect on blood flow?

A large infusion of red blood cells (and resulting increase in cellular concentration) could increase blood viscosity and bring about a decrease in cardiac output, a decrease in blood flow velocity, and a reduction in peripheral oxygen content - all of which would reduce aerobic capacity (#7). The human heart was not designed to pump this thickened blood throughout the body and, therefore, could lead to a multitude of problems.

What do you call a group of performers?

You would call a group of performers something different based on what they are performing, and how many of them there are. For example, a group of performers in a certain type of play could be referred to as a troupe, and a group of 5 musicians in a quintet.
