yes, as long as the ball does not touch the ground, it is live. there have been numerous plays where a ball deflects into a reception or an interception. however, in collegiate football (at least) you cannot intentionally kick a ball to a teammate. this was a controversial ending to a Nebraska - Missouri game in 1997 in which a player kicked a ball to his teammate as time expired, but the refs did not see it.
