Shot clock - the attacking team has 24 seconds to shoot on one attack.

3 second violation - when attacking players are in the key for more than 3 seconds

5 second rule - from the sideline or baseline, when the player with the ball does nothing for 5 seconds, e.g. pass.

8 second rule - when a player on the attacking team doesn't pass or shoot for 8 seconds.
