"Legal" receivers are elligable to catch a pass. Players who start a play on the end of the line or in the backfield are elligable. Linemen can't cross the line of scrimmage before a foreward pass crosses the line or they are considered to be downfield illegally unless the pass is caught behind the line of scrimmage.
No, not unless he touches the ball, in which case the penalty would be illegal touching. Ineligible receiver downfield: 5 yard penalty, replay the down Illegal touching by ineligible: 5 yard penalty, loss of down

No. It is illegal for an eligable man to block a defender past the line off scrimmage if the ball is in the air.
No. The ball is dead as of the illegal touch.
Fta is illegal everywhere if you are using a "flashed" receiver to receive it. If you are simply using free to air legitimatly then no it is not illegal.
It is not illegal to email music that you have created yourself or that you hold the legal right to distribute. It is illegal to supply music for which someone else holds the copyrights and distribution rights. Both you, as the sender, and the receiver of the illicitly supplied music would be liable to prosecution.
a Whale of a good idea but its probably illegal.
Yes, this false start, along with serving with your racket above your waistline and moving your foot forward during the serve is illegal. You serve with one movement and one breath, basically. Any attempt to throw the receiver off is an unfair play, especially at the start of a game.
yes as long as you watch the free channels only, if you change the firmware and watch dishnetwork then it's illegal.
Yet another sat receiver hacking question?Do your research on the 'net. It's all there, but you need to actually take the time to read what people are writing, rather than ask questions. This isn't the forum for finding information about illegal activities such as satellite receiver hacking.
As far as the NFL is concerned, if both wide receivers are on the same side of the field and on the line of scrimmage, the formation is illegal. There must be 7 players on the line of scrimmage and 3 players on each side of the center. It sounds like your question is describing a situation where there are 4 players on the line of scrimmage on one side of the center and 2 players on the line of scrimmage on the other side of the center. If this is the case, the formation would be deemed illegal and result in a five yard penalty being called against the offense. It is illegal to have a receiver 'covered' by another receiver on the line of scrimmage.
