11.6 in 100 meters is 4.2 (4.242816) seconds in the 40-yard dash.
Your 11.0-second time in the 100m translates to 4.4 seconds in the 40 meters.
If you maintain that same pace for the whole 100 meters, your time will be 13.12 seconds in the 100 meters.
Converting 100 meters into yards... 100 meters = 109 yards Usain Bolt ran "109 yards" in 9.69 seconds... 109 / 9.69 = 11.2 yards per second The "mythical" 40-yard dash time... 40 / 11.2 = 3.63 seconds!!!!! Simply astonishing!
I do not know. But when i was twelve, I ran a 100meter dash in about 12, 13 seconds. Is that good?
Depends on your age. The world record for 200 meters is 19.19 seconds, held by Usain Bolt.
Running the 100-meter dash in 12.7 seconds is the same as running the 40-yard dash in 4.645 seconds.
1000 meters in 60.6 seconds = 36.91 mph
900 meters/30 seconds = 30 meters/second
Fast Real Fast
400 meters in 20 seconds = 44.74 mph
Approximately 8 seconds
Roughly 10 meters a second. He has the world record of 9.49 seconds for the 100 meter dash.
I'm 61, and I can do it in 16 seconds; maybe a little less if I really tried.
Yes, it is very fast because the average for a thirteen year-old in 40 meters is about 7 seconds
As fast as they can!
both are just as fast although the one going 10 meters in five seconds is probably accelerating faster...
You'd be a high-level college athlete to run that fast.
Yes, you're pretty fast. If it's a 50 metre/meter dash then it's averagely-fast.. but on a 50 yard dash, I reckon you're pretty fast. So no worries.
