Memorabilia of any sort is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. The owner's emotional attachments often conflict with the market. For example, my comic book collection has sentimental value, because I spent most of my money in my youth collecting it. To a store that sees thousands of my books every month, the value is based upon only what they think they can sell it for later. They can't sell your emotions to someone else.
This isn't true in all cases (like old cars), but your jersey could be worthless if it were signed by some guy off the street. An autograph by Jerry Rice or Joe Montana might fetch a little more, but I wouldn't bet your retirement plans on it.

It depends where you sell it - and how. I'd never heard of the guy until I did a Wikipedia search (I'm in the UK)
Less than 25 cents.

There is no such thing. The first Super Bowl wasn't played until 1967, and the 49ers didn't play in the Super Bowl until 1982.
To have maximum value, the 1984 commemorative 49ers Coke bottle must be un-opened and the painted label must be un-scratched. I've seen them recently (Jan. 2011) go for as much as $15 + shipping on ebay. However, most collectibles dealers will only give you $8-$10 for them.
