Most people who think their nose is too big don't realize that most other people don't care what their nose looks like so long as they are a nice person. You can blend a little bit of darker foundation (make-up) and shade areas of the nose to make it appear smaller - you can also use concealer to lighten dark areas and draw attention to them. Your question says 'without surgery', well, if you have a thick and big round nose, especially the tip you can try a nosehuggie, which is supposed to make your nose smaller in 2 weeks.
