it really depends on what you want as the results...big heavy muscles...heavy weights..nice looking muscles..but slower, light weight lol low weights and high reps give you lean muscle, you may not see it if ur not flexing but when you do its there. heavy weights and low reps give you big bulging muscle and isn't really defined at all. high reps are usually 12-20. low reps are usually 6-8.

Lifting heavy weights and working out in proper form supplemented by proper nutrition can help you build bigger and better muscles. At the same you must remember to not overtrain. If you are trying to build mass and put on weight, you must stay away from too much cardio or running. Also you must train only for 4 or 5 days a week to provide ample rest to your body to recuperate and grow.

if u really want 2 lift heavy weight for getting stronger as n excercise, its bad because u have 2 keep doing it. After u become a muscleman if u stop,u get fat.
