Yes if a runner doesn't touch home plate and enters the dugout an Umpire can call him out the second he leaves the dirt surrounding the area of the home plate and the two batter's boxes however Major League Umpires may not opt to declare a runner out even if he missed home plate unless the opposing team appeals the call or tags the runner.

Absolutely not.

Is there a interference call if a team mate is touched before reaching home plate for softball?

yes. No one including the basepath coaches are allowed to touch a base runner prior to touching home plate

Batter gets hit by pitch but doesnt move?

If the runner is attempting to touch home plate, I would not call the runner out for incidental contact by his teammates. However, if they would, for example, carry him off the field and he never attempts to touch home plate, I would call him out when he reaches the dugout area.

If a runner is hit with the ball by a miss throw by to the second base man is the runner out?

No. To force an out, the defensive player has to touch the runner with the ball or touch the runner with the glove while the ball is in the glove. A thrown ball touching a runner does not count.

In MLB does the baseman need to touch the base to get the runner out?

If it is a force (i.e. there are people on all the bases behind the runner) play, then yes, the baseman needs to touch the base to get the runner out. If the runner is not required to move to that base, then the baseman must tag the runner to get him out. The baseman does not NEED to touch the base to record the out. The defense may tag the runner OR the bag.

How is an out recorded if you hit a home run and miss home plate?

On a Home Run, the runner is still required to touch all bases, even if he is entitled a run. If he misses any base, including Home Plate, and makes no attempt to return to the base to touch it, he will be declared Out and his run does not score. If other runners are also running and touch all of the bases, their runs will score. If there are two outs with runners on, only the runners who crossed the plate before his run would score.

Is the runner out if he touches home plate on a fly ball without tagging up or can he retouch home and go back to third before they touch the base?

Yes. The runner must touch home plate prior to being tagged for the run to score. If the defensive team does not tag the runner or step on home plate, the run counts. This is an appeal play. If no appeal is made by the defensive team. the run counts.

How can there be three triples in one half inning of baseball and no runs are scored?

There are several ways:After each triple, the runner gets picked off third. After each triple, the runner is caught stealing home. Each triple is a hit that the runner tries to stretch into an inside-the-park home run but is thrown out at home plate. The runner is credited with a triple because he touched three bases. Each triple is a home run hit out of the stadium but the runner fails to touch home plate and goes right to the dugout. The runner is credited with a triple because he touched three bases. Some, but certainly not all, combinations of the above.I'm sure there are others, but I can't think of them right now.

If on a fielders choice the 2nd baseman doesn't touch the base can the runner be out?

If the runner gets tagged, then he is out. If the base doesn't get stepped on or the runner gets tagged, then he is safe.

Must a runners hand touch the plate when he slides into home?
