Practice and train. Futsal, like most athletic sports, can be tiring. The best way to avoid getting tired is to train yourself for endurance and aerobic capacity. It's important to note that futsal allow substitutions on the fly, and this is for a good reason: players do tend to get tired after a short while, so don't get discouraged! Get a sub, get some water, and get back out there!
Lots of different ways. -if he bugs you a lot -if he's willing to buy you lunch/gifts/whatever -if he looks at you constantly -if he makes sexual/physically suggestive jokes -if he's willing to spend time with you/goes out of his way to be with you -if he sticks up for you/makes friends with your friends even tho he doesn't really like them
first give a big wedgie to parilize yourself then get a belt and spank away
Someone who has some time they're willing to dedicate to it, and is physically capable of lifting the instrument and putting their arms in position. There isn't really a set personality a flutist needs but you have to be willing to work hard if you want to be serious. But I guess that goes for everything. I've never seen a really lazy person decide to play an instrument.
Physically, yes, but only if you're really willing to painstakingly bombard an atom of iron with enough protons, neutrons and electrons safely enough to make a gold atom without destroying something or releasing radioactivity in the process. So no, it's not really possible, at least not with current technology.
No. It is not physically nor genetically possible.

Yes. I have seen them myself.
he wants to really be with you when he is willing to comprimise and he is completely honest even when it hurts.
