You have to be at least 16, you also have to attatch an L plate if you do not wish to take your test.
Edit to the above answer: I've just passed my test so all this is still very much in my head. If you're off-road on private land you can ride any bike at any age. If you want to ride ANYTHING on the roads you must be at least 16, have passed a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) course and use L-plates. You can't just stick L-plates up and ride something on the roads these days, you will be stopped and asked to show your CBT certificate. This CBT certificate lasts for two years in which time you need to either take a Theory Test and then your full practical test, or re-sit your CBT.
well, who rides a 49cc dirt bike just ride a 50cc
i wanna a 50cc dirt bike
If the Engine is 50cc or larger it is Illegal to ride in a bike lane
A 50cc dirt bike doesn't technically have a weight limit. There are many full grown adults weighing in excess of 200 pounds which own and ride dirt bikes of this engine size.
yes just get them a 50cc or 70cc dirt bike

No, it is illegal to ride a dirt bike on the street but you can ride it on a trail or dirt bike track.
Yes, you can legalize a dirt bike in Kansas. You will, however, have to take the bike to the nearest motor vehicles bureau in your respective city. Once there, a bureau official will inspect the bike to make sure it meets all state riding requirements. If the bike does pass the examination, you will be free to ride it.
the lowest possible. if your a small person and you do not way to much then a big bike will take control of you. i would recommend a 50cc-90cc

A powered bike is different from bicycles .Normally it is not permitted in busy cities however in some suburban towns it may be allowed where there is only one thoroughfare and the law allows it .
