It depends on a wide range of aspects: how strong your feet are, how often you dance, what kind of pointe shoes you buy..etc
Serious students might go through a pair in two weeks, whereas a professional wear out a few pairs within one week.
Basically, you need new ones when you current pair no longer support you feet properly - you might want to check this with your teacher.
