Not much, weight lifting can stunt growth if your body hasn't finished developing yet. Probably best to wait until you're a little older!
Hi,
I am 14 and I lift one armed (right) 15kg 10 times. Left 7kg 8 times.
Just Lifting both arms 35kg 10 times. I can't do anymore because I don't have anymore weights and the local Gym is £300.
Impossible to tell really, just lift as much as you can without hurting your self. Keep a good solid posture and don't use momentum to help you lift weights. I'm 13 and i can lift 10KG per arm comfortably, what can you lift Comfortably? Reply back please. <><><>
about 150lbs give it a try!
As a beginner, try benching 80 lb.
Well I am 11 and very very very muscular but I weigh exactly 129 pounds I look at my belly and it's actually decently thin
depends on how muscular you are, but I'd say about 85pounds
between 12 to 14 seconds is good for a beginner
It depends if you are built muscular or really skinny. But most of them should be around 120 pounds.
no it is not bad at all. but you should consult your doctor to be sure.
Anywhere from 80 pounds to 120 pounds I think. It really depends on your body structure, if you're muscular or an athlete you could weigh more and not be "fat"
About 100-105 pounds is average, but, if you are muscular and well into puberty than you're fine.
catcher.
If you are a beginner pharmacist then you should be able to handle hard work and keeping up with a lot.

Take ten more, go lay in a deep bathtub!
Well if your muscler, big build you should be 180. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: Sorry to burst your bubble. But if you were 6ft 2 and weighed 12stone and 9 pounds you would be very tiny and not muscular. I have a friend who weighs 15stone and is 6ft3 and muscular. Average Weight for a 6ft 2 male would be in the region of 13 (being small) and 15 (being the very largest). It depends entirely on how large your body structure and muscle mass or fat mass are.
